August 10, 2013 - 4th Annual Remember Blake Car Show and Memorial presented by the City of Franklin Indiana. Located at the Franklin Community Middle School, 625 Grizzly Cub Dr. Franklin IN 46131 (right off of US 31). This has become one of the largest shows in central Indiana. Top 50 Awards, plus multiple class awards in a judged show. All trophies are one of a kind hand-made metal art! Our trophies were featured in The Southsider Voice newspaper last year and are the coolest trophies around (featuring actual car parts. One trophy last year was made from Aluminum Rods from Billy Glidden! Registration begins at 9am till noon with awards at 3pm followed by a police escort cruise to the Suds in Greenwood. August 17, 2013 / 9AM-3PM. Classic Car Show & Swap Meet Held At Johnson County Park, Nineveh, IN 46164. The Johnson County Parks and Recreation Department is happy to welcome back our Classic Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet! Each year, hundreds of visitors converge on Johnson County Park’s Picnic Area for a day of food, music, and outstanding classic cars. You too, can be a part of this historic event, as a car show participant, or a visitor to the show. We’ll have an Open Class Show with Registration open from 9AM to NOON in the Beech Shelter. Trophies will be handed out at 3PM. We’ll be awarding twenty trophies for cars and trucks and five for motorcycles. Registered car show participants will also get to add the 2013 Classic Car Show T-shirt to their closet! Car Show pre-registration is $15, and guarantees one t-shirt. (Extra t-shirts are $10 each.) On-site registration will be $20 and t-shirts will be first-come, first-serve.
